Friends, I Have Big News!
After years of waiting, the book Janka: „The Story You Don’t Know” is finally ready! It was originally written in Polish, and in a few days it will be available for the world to read in English.
This isn’t just a book—it’s the true story of my granny, Janka. She was a young girl when she lived through one of the most horrific yet silenced tragedies of World War II—the Volhynia Massacre. Tens of thousands of innocent people—men, women, and children—were brutally murdered by Ukrainians. Somehow, my granny Janka survived.
For years, this painful history was erased, ignored, and rewritten. But I refuse to let the truth be forgotten. That’s why I wrote this book—to give Janka a voice and to ensure that the world knows what really happened.
